there are lots of reasons to look forward to going home
pretty much all the things you hated about LIVING with your parents, are the BEST things about returning and visiting your parents
even though you're almost 48 years old, your mother still :
- reminds you to take a coat when you go out
- wash your hands before dinner
- not to sniff
you get the idea!
as a grown up child however, you get to head straight for the FULLY STOCKED pantry and have at it!
(all those containers are pretty much full of home baking):
banana loaf
chocolate fudge
to name a couple of my faves
there's also a TONNE of chocolate
and not one, but TWO flavours of TIM TAMS hiding in there
AS WELL AS LOLLIES!!!
oh, and in in case you're wondering where all the RETRO TUPPERWARE went...
...my mother has it!!!
