it's not often a take a self portrait with a FIXED 50 lens on an SLR camera, but if it's good enough for teri hatcher, then it's good enough for me
(coz our lives are so similar.....)
i don't know why i took this, but in the spirit of giving, here's me
my lovely smile lines
my eyebrows that are ruined because i plucked them too much when i was a teenager
my cold sore scar on my lip
my discoloured teeth (NOT from smoking tho!)
my blue eyes
my happy blue eyes
and my cute button nose (well, i think it is!)
and a very nice job my 14 year old did of taking THIS pic of me before we headed out to our neighbours for dinner last night
and my blurred christmas tree light photo. i got the idea (and tutorial) from autumn at write.click.scrapbook via ali edwards
i'm so happy with the way this turned out!
font is 'new romantic' from da font (free!)
merry christmas eve eve!!!

You look way better than Teri, but kudos to her for doing it - gives me faith in all that new make-up I've just bought for my 41 year old face!

You look great! Very happy! I LOVE the tree photo of lights! I am going to have to figure out how to do that (via the tutorial) before we take the tree down. Save it for next year's blog post! :) Thanks for sharing that!
