sisterhood of the lush runner

RIGHT! LISTEN UP!

the fabulous SASS-E mum has been sweating, running, crunching, saluting the sun, avoiding her 3 year old daughter's snacks, drinking her ten glasses a day - all in the quest to run 5km and raise 100 pounds for UK cancer research.

she's nearly there!

35 pounds (the money like) to go!

PLEEEEEEEEEEEASE go sponsor her.

NOW.

there's a cute widget on the left hand side of her page.

it's easy
it's painless
it's for charity

we don't even have to break a sweat (like sass will be)

we owe it to her!

if 7 of you donate 5 pounds (the money like) each, then she will have reached her target and i know i have at LEAST 7 readers!!!

go now (i'll wait til you come back)

you did it?

great! thanks!

uk cancer research appreciates it.
i appreciate it.
sass appreciates it.

look how happy you've made her!
oh. and pass it on...

I am completely in support of noble causes, particularrly cancer research. I hope your friend raises the required amount of $$.

Hello Scappy Sue! I just read your comment on Janette's blog. How could it be that a New Zealander has been to Dahlonaga GA? I live south of Atlanta and our family visits Dahlonaga and Helen every fall. It is one of our favorite places to visit. You'll need to give me a call or write if you're ever in our area. I have 4 fabulous friends (you've already commented on Pam's blog) that get together every month for Scrap Club. We would LOVE to meet you!

Oh you are so lovely.

I'm such a crummy fundraiser - I need this help.

You've made me laugh so much.
