new york state of mind

in exactly 50 days, i'll be jumping on a plane (well, 3 actually) and flying here

i have a very long to do list...

i plan on eating lots of these
then i'm going to walk them off crossing this
but not with him. i don't know who he is
when i get to the other side, i'm going here
to eat one of these. well, maybe not a whole one. i never could eat a whole one
when i walk back, i plan to make my way here
and eat some of these
this lovely lady
plans to take me here
and here, and hopefully lots of other places inbetween!

i'm going to see this lady sing at madison square gardens

with this lady (whose singing ability i'm not sure of)

miss 16 says i need to go here and buy her lots of 5th avenue bars (AND candy corn)
i plan to spend lots of time foraging for bargains here
before photographing this
i plan to see at least TWO shows here
and take a cruise around here
and buy lots of t-shirts with this on the front

ready or not - here i come!

OMG, I am so jealous. I spent a week in New York and I still didn't see everything I wanted to see, you are a lucky, lucky girl.

When you get back, start saving those airmiles for a wee trip to the UK and then I can show you some fun both in England and in The Mother Country, hell, we can even go mad and visit Ireland (which is my mother's Mother Country and also very beloved of me) xx

ireland is my father's mothers mother's country - it's a date!!!

my dad was born in london, my mum's dad was scottish - hell, we're probably related!!!

You are going to have a great time - especially in THAT dress and wearing THAT hat.

I am looking forward to reading your adventures. Be sure to put me on your list for the future European trip.

So jealous of your spectacular adventure since I live close to those places and have never been to them. I hope you have a fabulous time. In advance, safe travels!

OMG! I am so excited for you. I have never visited NY but I will...someday. NY is exciting, but you need to return to Georgia on your next trip and visit me. Wouldn't you like to see some of the places you used to visit when you lived here? I look forward to reading about all your adventures, Sue!
