this is my first wordful wednesday and i thought i would make it a colourful one!tara and i spent many months organising the food for miss 12's school gala which was held just over a week ago.
on the morning of the gala, we got to school bright and early and did as much setting up as we could. we knew we would be back there later in the day, and through until the evening, so we wanted to make our lunch break a good one!
we went out to a favourite cafe of ours where the food is always plentiful, colourful and tasty.
i can't exactly remember what the fritter at the bottom was, but the crispy bacon, avocado, cherry tomatoes and hollandaise will linger long in my memory!
