wordful wednesday - one of these people is enjoying this more than the other

so this is me playing rockband; well, the drums on rockband - because i'm sure if i even ATTEMPTED one of the guitars, my brains would simply fall out.

this is the face of a confused woman.
behind her is the face of a man who may have missed his calling in life...
anyone good at rockband has way too much spare time on their hands.
(that's my story and i'm sticking to it).

my husband and daughter who play guitar AND drums on 'expert' would surely disagree.i rest my case.

for more wordful wednesday, go see angie over @ seven clown circus

LOL! You do look confused, but I know that I would share the same look had I been sitting in front of those drums.

You know that the drummer is always the mad one of the band, don't you? ;)

I bite the big one of those games...and I am just fine with that! You look baffled, but I did as well when I tried my hand at it.

Way to go, Sue! We love playing that around here, too! We even had 98 year old Grandma playing the drums around Christmas-time! Talk about hilariously fun! We have a snap of her playing on the blog archives if you want to see it!

What a hoot! You DO look confused, and your family - they DO look like 'experts'. My teens are 'experts' too, and you're right - they DO have too much time on their hands!

(a three DO comment - hahahahaha)

LOL!! That was a great post!!

We don't have guitar hero, but we have played it at different friends houses! I can see where it could be addicting! LOL

Haha, I've tried Guitar Hero on the bf's Wii, I am NOT good. Part of it is that the aural timing is not quite with the screen, so it's hard for a music major/music nut like me to play because I don't play with the game. That and I am just not coordinated enough for all those dang buttons!

I totally love rockband but totally suck at it! Peronsally, I think the drums are the hardest...
Fun stuff though!
