wordful wednesday and the magic teeth

Hard to imagine that only FIVE months separate this photo

from this one

the orthodontist wasn't wrong when he said all the ACTION will take place in the first SIX months, and the 18 after that are just for tweaking.

i still can't get over how a tooth that's at a 42 degree angle almost in the SECOND row of her mouth can just WANDER up and join the party - AMAZING!!!

quite the transformation huh?

Isn't it just amazing the work they can do. I had a tooth much like that ... it was barely coming through and they put a bracket on it and then within a week it was down with the rest. crazy... too bad my teeth aren't straight anymore. I wouldn't mind getting braces again and actually wearing my retainer :)

Happy WW!

I love her freckles. She is so adorable! What a sweetie! I never had to get braces and I was SO jealous of my sister who got some! I hope she is not in pain! My sister used to complain about them all the time!

That picture of her jumping on the trampoline is so great. I LOVE it!

She looks so cute in her braces. :) I'd always wanted braces, even though I didn't really need them. I would put aluminum foil over my teeth and grin away in front of the mirror!

BTW, love the new spa you got!bark

wow that makes a huge difference.....amazing what the body/mouth can do. Wish my parents had taken photos of my mouth lol, so I could have seen the difference.

that is amazing! I never knew that it only took 6 months to see a difference. That's pretty fast! She's going to have a beautiful smile!

What a cool comparison. Remind me to do that WHEN, not IF my kids get braces. I'm pretty sure it's a foregone conclusion that my kids will need braces!

That is amazing! My son will have to get braces in a few years. I always needed them but my parents didn't have insurance coverage so I never was able to get them. I think about doing it now but I'm not sure...

How crazy is that? I never had braces, so I wouldn't have noticed that! Impressive.

And, I just love her freckles.
